If your order has been damaged please let us know immediately by e-mailing your full name, order number, breakage photos and a detailed description of the damage by clicking the .
Upon contacting us via e-mail please contact the shipping company that delivered the package (FEDEX, UPS, US Post Office) letting them know the shipment was damaged and they will be able to start the damage claim process.
As soon as you receive a tracking number from the shipping company e-mail us the tracking number and upon confirmation that the damaged order has been received by the shipping company we will ship you the new items in your next order, at NO COST to you!
